NEW YORK - Weapons of Anew drummer Chris Manfre is excited to announce his partnership with Saluda Cymbals.
The cymbals first caught Manfre's attention when he heard another drummer playing live. "The way they cut through the band was intriguing," he said. "I was totally blown away by how great the cymbal sounded."
The drummer was equally impressed by the hand-crafted customizations Saluda offered, as well as the company's willingness to work with to produce exactly what he was looking for.
"All the cymbals sound amazing," said Manfre. "I'm totally hooked. From the Ride cymbal to the Hats and my favorite, the 24-inch China, they all cut through excellent and you can hear all the distinct personalities of each cymbal."
"Chris Manfre was recommended to us in early 2014," said "We watched him jamming out on a Ludwig kit and saw his current band. We offered him an endorsement and things have been going great ever since.
"Saluda Cymbals is all about offering a ton of cymbal selections, through a wide range of series and all for a great price," said Saluda's Jamie Lambert. "Chris is a solid hitting drummer and enjoys big drum sets, surrounding himself with plenty of cymbal voices to choose from. His drumming is tight, powerful and full of control."
